Biceps Training
- What are some great biceps exercises someone could recommend?
This week I am back at the heaviest I have ever been, 83.5kgs.
I have not updated in quite a while now and its not due to lack of training, but probably more due to lack of progress, but as of the past few weeks I have increased my carb intake quite abit aswell as increased mini meals throughout the day.
Another change is that I have started taking CellMass, a supplement I last used about 5 years ago and found great gains from.
Trained arms today.

“How Bad do you want it”
The amount of times that exact phrase has entered my head this past week is amazing, that as well as the thought of what makes me deserve it more than everyone else who wants it that badly, Action.
I have not been updating my blog as often as I would like, but hey, Success has to come first, and if that means working 60hr weeks while training to get where I want, Than that is exactly what I will do.
